01

Source

We travel to origin twice a year, visiting farms in Ethiopia, Colombia, Guatemala, and Sumatra. Direct trade means above fair-trade prices and long-term partnerships. The farmers we work with are family.

02

Roast

Our 1962 Probat UG-22 handles the rest. Small batches, 12 kilos at a time, roasted by hand and ear. No automated profiles. No algorithms. Every batch is cupped before it leaves the roastery.

03

Serve

Roasted Monday through Friday and on the shelf the same day. Nothing sits. Nothing goes stale. If you are drinking Ember Roast, it was roasted this week. That is the only way we know how to do this.

“We know every farmer by name. That's not marketing — that's Tuesday.”

Never run out of good coffee.
